Tharsis Advisors was founded by Marselen (“Mars”) Spencer in 2008.  Since then Tharsis has helped over a dozen companies crystallize their business objectives and scale. Mars has over 20 years of cross-functional experience in finance, management consulting and technology. He is strategic leader with deep experience in sales & business development as well as financial planning & analysis.  Prior to Tharsis, Mars was an investment banker focused on the Media, Telecom and Technology industries. Mars began working in technology as a management consultant, where he concentrated on purchasing process re-engineering and e-commerce implementations for Fortune 50 clients.
